Prices, shipping costs, return costs in case of revocation/withdrawal
All prices are final prices, they include the statutory value added tax. For shipping, the indicated shipping costs apply. The customer bears the return costs in case of revocation, regardless of the value of the goods as indicated in our instructions of withdrawal.

Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bridge&Tunnel – GmbH, Am Veringhof 13, 21107 Hamburg, E-Mail: info@bridgeandtunnel.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via e-mail. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
According to §312 d para. 4 No. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies to all our products, which we compose according to your special color and material wishes and manufacture especially for you. These can NOT be returned.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We only take back undamaged goods in perfect condition. The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods that is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Please enclose the cancellation form or a note with the corresponding information with your shipment so that we can assign everything correctly!

All prices are final prices, they contain the legal value added tax. For shipping, the indicated shipping costs apply. The customer bears the costs of return in case of revocation, regardless of the value of the goods according to our revocation policy.
SPECIAL CASE: Returns from A FOREIGN COUNTRY (outside EU)
Of course you can also return goods from abroad. However, you must take care of the necessary customs declaration and processing. All information about this you have to ask e.g. at your shipping service provider!
Cancellation policy

Within 14 days, the purchase contract can be revoked without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were taken into possession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear notification of the decision to withdraw must be sent to: (Bridge&Tunnel GmbH, Am Veringhof 13, 21107 Hamburg, e-mail: info@bridgeandtunnel.de). The revocation reaches us best in advance by email. For this purpose, the attached sample cancellation form can be used, any other written form with the necessary information will also be accepted.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Upon revocation of the contract, we will refund all payments received without delay (in any case no later than within fourteen days from the date of the revocation notice). For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that was used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise; in no case will any fees be charged because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back intact or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.
The goods must be returned or handed over without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the date of revocation. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods were dispatched before the expiry of the 14-day period (proof of posting). The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
We only take back undamaged goods in perfect condition. The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods that is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
