Conclusion of the contract
With your order you make a legally binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. With the sending of an order confirmation to you or the delivery of the ordered goods we can accept this offer. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail upon receipt of your order. However, a sales contract is only concluded with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods. When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of 5 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step you enter your customer data including invoice address and if necessary deviating delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step you have the possibility to check all data (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered articles) again and to correct if necessary, before you send us your order by clicking on ‘order at cost’.
Storage of the contract text
We save the contract text of your order. You can print this out before sending your order to us by clicking on “Print” in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data to the e-mail address you provided.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.
Prices, shipping costs, return costs in case of revocation
All prices are end prices, they contain the legal value added german tax (19%). The indicated shipping costs apply for shipping. Since 13.06.2014, the customer bears the return costs for revocation, regardless of the value of the goods.
Terms of delivery
Delivery times are the delivery times stated in the offer, which begin with receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by direct debit, the delivery times begin with acceptance of the contract on the part of the company. We deliver exclusively to the countries indicated in our shop.
Terms of payment
The payment takes place alternatively by Paypal or by bill. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions, the period is 2 years from delivery. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used items is one year.
When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data within the framework of the statutory provisions. All information on this can be found in our data protection declaration.

As far as we refer or link from our internet offer to the websites of third parties, we cannot assume any guarantee or liability for the correctness or completeness of the contents and the data security of these websites. We only use packaging registered in accordance with the Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV). For us, this means mainly RESY-certified cardboard and paper packaging. RESY guarantees the complete disposal and material recycling of all paper and cardboard transport and outer packaging marked with the RESY symbol. By affixing the RESY symbol, the requirements of the Packaging Ordinance for Transport Packaging are met.
German law shall apply exclusively. In the case of a consumer, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory legal provisions of the state in which he has his residence or habitual abode.
